Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each piece is thoughtfully made just for you.

However, we understand that sometimes a size may be confusing. That’s why we now offer size exchanges, under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery — strictly.

If the length of your outfit was fully customized (e.g., adjusted for a height like 4'11", 5'0", 5"7 OR MORE), we can only offer alterations, not exchanges.

If the outfit was made in standard length, we are happy to process an exchange.

To request an exchange:

Email us at augustusdesignhouse@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 88771 80666 with your order number within 24 hours of receiving the package.

You can either:

Ship the package back to us yourself (shipping at your cost), or

You may request a reverse pickup (charges to be borne by you and will vary based on your pincode, as we use a third-party logistics provider)

Once we receive the returned package:

Exchanges are processed within 4–5 business days.

-Exchanges are possible only if the garment is not customised for your height or made with specific custom requests.

-Since we ask for your height before processing the order, please note:

-If you are 4’11”, 5’0”, 5’7” or taller, the garment is customised to your height. Such customised pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

Note: As our garments are hand block printed and naturally dyed, slight irregularities or patchiness in the fabric are common and intentional—these are not defects but marks of the handmade process.

You may also request store credit, valid for 30 days (non-renewable after expiry).

If you opt for store credit, ₹200 will be deducted to cover the original shipping cost and the handling fees.

At Dipanniki, each order is processed with care and attention to detail. Please review our cancellation terms before placing your order:

Order Cancellation (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by WhatsApping us at +91 8877180666 or emailing us at augustusdesignhouse@gmail.com.

- Cancellations will not be accepted after 12 hours of order placement.

- If the order has already been fulfilled and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid Orders

- All orders on our website are prepaid only.

- Upon successful cancellation within the permitted window, a refund will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY , valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Customised or Made-to-Order Items

- Orders for customised or altered items are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
